Lisa Carrico was born and raised in Michigan.  Bachelor of Arts in Cinema with a minor in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University.  Got her law degree at DePaul College of Law.  Worked for the Chicago Teacher’s Union and went on to work in a law firm in Chicago.  From there she made her way to South Dakota as in-house counsel for the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Indian Tribe and later opened her own law practice in Watertown.  She currently serves as the City Attorney for Watertown.  She is married and has 2 children.  Loves traveling, trying to love golf, and spending time with her family and friends.
