Donation Pledge & Acknowledgement Form

Dakota Resources (formerly known as South Dakota Rural Enterprise, Inc.) is celebrating 30 years of connecting capital and capacity to empower rural communities. We appreciate your charitable commitment in support of our mission. Please fill out the following information in regards to your pledge.

Dakota Resources is a nonprofit corporation duly organized, validly existing, and in good standing under the laws of the State of South Dakota and recognized as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Federal law limits charitable contribution deductions to the excess of the amount contributed over the value of goods or services provided in exchange. Dakota Resources provides no goods or services in exchange for this contribution.

A written acknowledgment will be provided by Dakota Resources for each payment received for Donor’s tax reporting purposes. This pledge agreement represents a statement of charitable intent and is not a legally binding obligation. Donor designates payment as contributions without donor restrictions to support general operations and mission advancement. Contributions received will be used to advance Dakota Resources’ charitable mission consistent with its federal tax-exempt purposes and CDFI certification requirements.
