What's happening? Dakota Resources invites you to participate in a cohort training opportunity designed to support new economic development professionals by getting them up to speed more quickly in the work of economic and community development.

Who's this for? Economic development professionals who have been in their role for two years or less.

• Meet in person with the cohort and coaches four times.
• Sessions include skill building activities, meeting with an experienced economic development professional, neworking with peers, and a facilitated conversation.
• Meet twice in a 1-on-1 virtual, one-hour session with a Dakota Resources community coach to discuss individual needs and solutions.
