Jill Wadkins


Jill Wadkins serves as Compliance Director, NMTC for Dakota Resources and Dakotas America. A financial manager professional with over 25 years of experience and degrees in both economics and accounting, Jill was previously Vice President of Finance and Accounting at the Sioux Falls Development Foundation. She has worked extensively with budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting to enable management to more efficiently analyze revenues and expenses, in addition to managing payroll, financial records, and budgets. Jill worked as Senior Financial Analyst for ReliaMax Holdings and as a Senior Accountant at CNA Surety prior to her position at the Sioux Falls Development Foundation. She has extensive training and experience with digital financial management software and has completed the AMA course in Financial Analysis.
