Joe Bartmann believes in the possibility of a thriving rural and the local leaders who can make it happen. As President at Dakota Resources, Joe leads a nonprofit CDFI loan fund that connects rural leaders with flexible financing, leadership development, and collaborative networks to empower their rural communities. He has led three different economic development organizations and several nonprofits and community development projects. Joe is also a girl dad, an avid reader, a mindful hiker, and a worm farmer.
