Many rural economic development organizations lack robust financial management systems to manage their organization’s finances oftentimes due to lack of time to build the skills and system. Without the system, it can be challenging to make informed financial decisions and move your organization to the next level.

Dakota Resources has received a grant from the South Dakota Community Foundation’s South Dakota Fund to help EDOs take the first steps toward efficient and stronger financial systems to turn their data into better decisions and a clearer story.
