SUMMARY:Thriverr LIVE: Age-friendly housing and workforce housing: How are they connected?
DESCRIPTION:Brought to you by\nThe housing stock in your community is an asset. Over the last several decades\, that supply has become tighter partly because older residents choose to stay in their homes longer and longer. How might a focused effort on the changing housing needs of older residents help meet the workforce housing needs in your community? \nOur guests include: Cliff Mesner\, Mesner Development Company\, Central City\, NE and Richard Duncan\, RL Mace Universal Design Institute\, Ashville\, NC. Sponsored by AARP South Dakota\, this Thriverr LIVE event will bring together housing experts with age friendly\, universal design experience\, housing developers\, and community leaders for a conversation about this important topic. \nDate & Time: November 16\, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. CT \nRegister Here
